Attorney Ryan Morris dedicates his practice to assisting healthcare providers negotiating regulatory risk and payor-related matters. Mr. Morris specializes in insurance disputes and statutory schemes such as HIPAA, anti-fraud and abuse laws, the Affordable Care Act, ERISA, and the False Claims Act.
Mr. Morris represents healthcare organizations in administrative matters, complex litigation, and corporate affairs. A specialist on billing and reimbursement issues, Mr. Morris has helped clients fight payment denials and secure compensation from both private and government payors.
Prior to joining Joseph, Aleem & Slowik, LLC, Mr. Morris was General Counsel for Medside Healthcare, a healthcare conglomerate headquartered in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Mr. Morris is a graduate of Emory University School of Law and received his B.S. in Political Science from the University of West Georgia.
